I think that stress is brought on by something which you failed to do or finish previously. ie. financial stress is failure to budget or manage your money properly. It could start off by missing a payment on an account, not doing a job properly which will cause you to worry and think about that unfinished task resulting in stress. The longer you prolong that problem, it does not go away but simply manifests itself as stress which heightens at the frequency of which you think about it. As Iyanla Vanzant puts it in her book, Acts Of Faith: "You must first be willing to accept that stress is the result of unfinished business. unfinished business means that there are details which have not been taken care of." The only thing that will set your mind at ease is to go back and relook at those areas of your life which have not been finished and start over or regroup and continue on your journey to a stress free life.So stop stressing and finish the job, no matter how long it takes. Do because you want to, and not beacuse it is a burden which you have to do. Do it with the end result in mind and enjoy doing it.
